Charity, You, and Making Dreams Come True

Image of Question MarkThis is going to be a busy year for us here at BTAC.  Between planning for a good June event for Scleroderma Awareness Month, a California trip for Pogopalooza and a potential world record event in September – we’re booked.

But what are your plans?  Is there a great charity or fundraiser that you wish you could attend or contribute to and are able to this year? How will you take steps toward making other people’s dreams come true this year?

Have you come across a great project on Crowdrise that you’re supporting or are you actually going to start one?  You should share your story with us.  Then go out and share it with the world because you should be proud that you’re an action-taker and improving lives.

That’s what we like!

Pogo Events

We’ve been thinking of joining a walk (but pogoing instead) for Scleroderma that will allow us to tag along.  What do you think of that idea?  Sure a walk is a walk but there aren’t a lot of pogo-specific events so we’ll have to piggy-back on other great fundraisers.  Plus, it’s fun to turn heads when you’re kind of the misfit 🙂

It all come down to helping others so we’re open to expanding our horizons.  Feel free to comment or even contact us directly with any thoughts.  We’ll be keeping an eye on Twitter for mentions of any great upcoming events in the U.S. (and particularly the northeast) so watch for a reply from @BounceToACure if you’re planning an event.

Let’s all keep working on making this a giving year full of goodwill toward all!
